The Play Golf Fund has up to $60m in funds to invest into revolutionising entertainment-based golf facilities around Australia and encouraging more people to play more golf.

The next generation of golf facilities are integral to growing the game of golf and may include, but not be limited to golf courses, driving ranges, mini golf, virtual golf as well as innovative concepts that support the objective of the Play Golf Fund.

The Play Golf Fund brings together a wealth of experience in all aspects of golf facility development and operation to offer funding and a long-term operational lease solution to minimise both capital and operational risk for local Governments and land owners. Their extensive team delivers industry leading knowledge and expertise across all aspects of planning, funding, design, development and operation of the new generation of golf facilities.

Expression of Interest:
- An authorised representative of an owned or leased facility, a developer or landowner, sporting facility or club, or Local, State or Federal Government department may submit an EOI.

Local Government
- Seeking a long-term tenant and investment to upgrade, expand or reconfigure an existing Golf Range and/or Golf Course
- Seeking a long-term tenant and investment to build and operate a new Golf Range and/or Golf Course.

Freehold Landholder
- Seeking a long-term tenant and investment to upgrade, expand or reconfigure an existing Golf Range and/or Golf Course
- Seeking a long-term tenant and investment to build and operate a new Golf Range and/or Golf Course.

Membership/Sporting Club (Affiliated Club)
- Existing Golf or Sporting Club seeking a sale or investment to upgrade, expand or reconfigure existing facilities.

Innovative Golf Facility
- Seeking a sale, investment, or expertise to deliver a Golf based project, this may include, but not be limited to golf course, golf range, mini golf, virtual golf or other golf orientated opportunity.
